The hotel is conveniently situated in a beautiful area, with outstandingly helpful staff. While the rooms would benefit from updates, the evening meal was very tasty, providing an overall pleasant experience. The location is great, though the signpost for parking is lacking clarity.

The hotel is ideally situated in the heart of Ironbridge, just a stone's throw from the iconic bridge itself. The rooms had everything I needed and even featured a unique glass floor looking down into the mines/caves. However, better lighting and comfier beds would enhance the experience.
